What is the experience you want to reflect upon:

Finding out demotivating factors that influence my e-learning, describing actions which can be taken to deal with demotivating factors, writing motivating messages for the learners.

Why is this experience important to me?

Am I trying to find out demotivating factors of my learners and to deal with them? In VET?

Have I changed my attitude towards motivation? How important is keeping motivation high in my classroom? In VET? In e-learning?
